Emmanuel College
I can confirm that Mr Glen Hemsley, owner of Professional Contract Cleaners, has been contracted to carry out the cleaning of the facilities at Emmanuel College since 1994.
The length of his tenure here is testimony to the fact his company continually try to improve the standard, quality and efficiency of the cleaning process on the College campus. As the College has grown significantly over this time Glen has managed to increase his resources to maintain the standard expected and still provide good value for money.
Glen is approachable and always willing to listen or try new ideas to encourage a cooperative approach to cleanliness generally around the site. In a School environment there is much greater emphasis in working with the College staff, which Glen provides through good communication and customer service skills and which ensures people’s concerns are met.
Helensvale Community Centre
This company commenced cleaning at the Centre in June 2008. Their contract has been extended from 3 to 7 days per week since then. I have been impressed by Glen’s work ethics. He has attended to any request promptly and with utmost courtesy. Glen’s staff is helpful and respectful.
Professional Contract Cleaners are involved in other major cleaning requirements at the Centre, i.e.: stripping, sealing and buffing both vinyl floors, cleaning of ceiling fans, windows and carpets. A blower is used daily on paths and courtyard area around the buildings. Both regular and casual hirers comment on the cleanliness of the centre.
It is great the Professional Contract Cleaners are so versatile. Now only one company is contracted for all the cleaning at the Centre.
